RETURN FORM

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a Good or to give up a Service, within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring any other costs except for shipping. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period for returning a good or renouncing a service expires within 14 days from the day the Buyer takes physical possession of the good, according to awb courier reception. However, hygiene products such as mattresses, toppers, quilts, pillows or mattress protectors are exempt from the obligations of GEO no. 34/2014.

However, we decided to grant a 30-day right of return even if they are hygiene products. Of course, with the observance of some minimum conditions.

Mattresses can be returned within 30 working days from the date of purchase if:

  • It has not been unpacked from the plastic cover that covers it. The products can be tried on without being unpacked.
  • It does not show damage caused by incorrect handling.
  • They are accompanied by all the received documents (invoice, receipt, warranty certificate, etc.).
  • If the products have been unpacked and used, in order to be able to return them, an additional fee is paid (85-650 lei depending on the type and size of the products), because it requires sending them back to the factory to change the cover and repack.
  • Mattresses of atypical sizes or those produced according to the customer's specifications, which are the subject of a special order, cannot be returned.
  • The customer requests a courier company and the cost of transport will be borne by the customer. The responsibility for the integrity of the package during the entire transport rests exclusively with the sending customer, because the package must be packed thoroughly, just as upon delivery, the responsibility for the integrity of the package rests with the sender. The address to which the package will be returned is:

The money will be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which we are informed about the withdrawal decision, after receiving the return. You will provide us with a bank account to make the refund or we can agree, by mutual agreement, to replace or exchange the products.

IMPORTANT

  • During the first weeks, turn and gently beat the mattress to favor the uniform placement of the filling. A slight sagging of the mattress, no more than 2 cm, is normal and is due to the placement of the filling;
  • Air the mattress frequently: it is advisable to carry out the operation on dry and sunny days. For good ventilation, it is advisable to remove the underwear and possibly the protective cover in the morning so that the mattress remains free;
  • At the moment of opening the mattress and in the following days, the product may emit odors specific to the production process, these are not toxic and gradually disappear during the first period of using the mattress;
  • If the environment is humid, turn the mattress twice a month and repeatedly air the mattress without exposing it to the sun. The shape memory mattress is used on one side, with the viscoelastic foam layer up to benefit from its qualities to the maximum.
  • We recommend that it be rotated 360 degrees (feet-head and front-back) if it is without memory and 180 degrees for those with memory, every 3-6 months.
  • The removable covers of the mattresses can be cleaned by dry cleaning, dry cleaning or washable at 30 degrees. Chlorination, steam ironing and ironing are prohibited. Do not wash in the machine - wash strictly by hand.
  • For the total return of the mattress, after deviating, 24 hours must pass, sometimes up to 36 hours.
  • The delivery of the mattress will be done within a maximum of 5 days after receiving the package.
  • The tolerances regarding the dimensions are the following: height +/- 6%, width +/- 3%, length +/- 1.5%.
  • The color of the polyurethane foam does not affect the technical characteristics of the product and does not constitute a sales obligation.

THE WARRANTY IS NOT VALID IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:

  • Mold and Stains - automatically remove the product from the warranty
  • Accidental defects, possible detachments, tears, scratches, tearing of fabric or handles or any other damage due to external, mechanical or chemical factors.
  • If the maximum weight allowed for one person or cumulatively for several has been exceeded.
  • For reasons related to the change of firmness; if the firmness of the mattress is perceived differently compared to the moment of purchase. The degree of firmness is subjective and is perceived differently depending on a number of factors.
  • The mattress is stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately or for other purposes, cleaned by improper methods or with inappropriate substances;
  • If the product has come into contact with liquids, once absorbed by the material it evaporates very hard, which leads to the production of unpleasant odors or mold;
  • If a mattress type support was not used, with elastic and spaced slats.
  • If the product has been folded or pressed; this treatment leads to the destruction of the material;
  • If the product is very dirty and unkempt: broken foam or cover, dirty or stained or smells of any kind.
  • If the product has been subjected to modifications or repairs without authorization, as well as if the rules of use and maintenance of the product have not been respected, the mattress being used as a sofa or as any seating object. The mattress is used exclusively for sleeping!
  • If the product shows damage caused by inadequate maintenance, negligence or other factors;
  • The loss of the certificate leads to the cancellation of the product warranty.

Sheets, quilts, blankets, pillows - can be returned within 30 working days from the date of purchase if:

  • Bed linens cannot be exchanged or returned if they have been used, these products being considered "personal hygiene products".
  • If the transport was free, when returning the money, 25 lei will be deducted from the returned money.
  • The customer requests a courier company and the cost of transport will be borne by the customer. The responsibility for the integrity of the package during the entire transport rests exclusively with the sending customer, because the package must be packed thoroughly, just as upon delivery, the responsibility for the integrity of the package rests with the sender. The address to which the package will be returned is:
